    I got a lot of rad news this time around. New art shows, skate clips, articles, sponsors, contests, and a new job! I'm stoked. It's been tough to keep this thing updated while pullin 50 hours a week at my current jobs, but hey I gotta pay rent somehow. First off, peep this flier I made for an art show that I was in, along with a whole bunch of other artists. 

        Yes that is Gilligan's Island Font. Anyways, after I finished it and sent it out, I went to Marginal way and found that someone had printed it out and posted it on one of the pillars!

     I was way stoked to say the least. The show was a huge success and hella money was made to benefit Marginal Way. Someone bought the board I donated! Heck yes.

      Speakin of art shows, the art director of Sammamish City Hall hit me up and asked me if I could drop off some art for a three month long art show!!! Of course I said yes. I picked up all of my art from Southwest Skate Shop and swooped it to Samamish. This is how it looked.

     In other news, I won a grip tape contest!!! All I had to do is add "#juslivngrip" to the boards that I dotted on instagram to enter the comp, so I did and ended up being one of the winners! They sent me this a couple of weeks ago.

      I was hyyyyyyped. Speakin of free shit, a week later I got this from Element. Turns out I'm officially sponsored by them now!!! Casual Industries also just put me on. Woo Woo!!! More news about all that coming soon...

      I can't wait to start working down at the camp down in Fresno in two months!!!  It's gonna be soooo sick. In other skateboarding news, I found a whole bunch of Yakama footage from like 2010 on my computer so I made a little clip. Peep.

      Also in the skateboarding realm, I GOT MY FIRST INTERVIEW IN A MAGAZINE!!!! Check it out on page 16 below. My buddy Jedd Rockwell is the main dude behind all of this. He did such a great job!!! You can find this mag at all of the skate shops in the greater northwest :)

      Welp, that's about it I think, besides the great news that I'm going to be working for ProMotion Arts as a Video Editor! ProMotion Arts provides award-winning corporate and special event videos, motion graphics, web streaming, and multimedia solutions to clients including Microsoft, Starbucks, Woodland Park Zoo, FareStart, Dorsey & Whitney, and the University of Washington. I'm super stoked for this opportunity, and I cant wait to get started. Not gonna lie I pulled that strait from their facebook.
